Alice Goodwin
Head of Projects
Alice is responsible for all elements of project delivery within Infinity Health, including managing relationships with our customers, planning the stages of projects from the initial “yes” right through the to the rollout of our digital task management technology. Alice ensures information governance, clinical safety, operational, and financial elements of projects are managed appropriately and is a key member of our project team.
Before joining Infinity Health, Alice worked at Somerset Foundation Trust for 13 years, working her way from an IT administrator at Musgrove Park Hospital, to a Systems Test Analyst and Trainer, to a Digital Project Manager. She delivered several digital projects at the trust, including e-whiteboards, e-observations, and most recently, Infinity (read more about this project here).
Alice is a specialist in IT training, including the design of e-learning, facilitation of training, and is a PRINCE2 practitioner. She has a keen interest in patient safety and project delivery and enjoys working with frustrated health and care staff to make things better. At the core of this is patients: ensuring they have better experiences and better care.
