Infinity gives ‘hospital at home’ multidisciplinary staff secure access to a shared list of patients and the tasks that need to be done for them.

They can allocate tasks to themselves or colleagues, and mark them as accepted, in-progress, or completed. This means the entire team has visibility and can easily collaborate with one another and coordinate care remotely.

The solution easily integrates with existing systems, including EHRs and the PAS, as well as a range of other health solutions including video consultations and remote monitoring tools. Staff can therefore securely access and collaborate around real-time information about patients from mobile or desktop devices, without having to log in to multiple systems.

Integrations with communications solutions allows clinical and operational staff to securely communicate with patients at home, for example to check in on progress, share information, or request additional support or treatment.
