Staff can see when team members are available helping them to prioritise who they assign tasks to, speeding up completion of tasks, and improving patient flow.


Tag your tasks

Tasks can be tagged with key words that can be associated with a Patient or a Task on Infinity. They allow you to identify and group people or tasks and categorise them for searches.

Prioritise your tasks

Staff can easily access their caseload and apply custom filters to help them prioritise their tasks. Staff might choose to see only tasks allocated to a named clinician, only tasks with a particular skill set required, or even patients that are scheduled to be discharged that day.

Track your tasks

Staff can accept tasks and mark as in-progress, completed or cancelled, at the point-of-care, providing visibility to colleagues. They can keep track of all their tasks and prioritise using tags. Time-consuming tasks that are often duplicated – such as phoning for results or to check that tasks have been completed – are no longer necessary.



Receive notifications, on the move

New tasks can be allocated to a named staff member at any time, who will then be automatically notified. There is no need to wait for handovers, to track someone down by phone, or write down on paper notes, saving time and improving patient safety.
