Managing waiting lists and elective recovery plans is a complex process after a serious health crisis with a very tired and reduced workforce. The previous manual methods are not enough to manage the problem efficiently. Digital tools like Infinity can be used to stratify PIFU patient groups into low and high-risk specialities and conditions, support clinical decision making, and minimise the risk of patients lost to follow up or non-compliant patient deterioration.
