Free event: Patient-Initiated Follow-Up in action

Infinity Health will present on how we are supporting the first wave of NHS trusts in a national pilot programme to implement Patient Initiated Follow-Up (PIFU) and Personalised Outpatients (POP), with the aim of releasing capacity for the NHS’s elective recovery plan.
