Liaison Group Acquires Infinity Health Limited

New acquisition increases Liaison’s technology offering to accelerate NHS workforce productivity.

With the aim of accelerating NHS workforce productivity through an innovative shared benefits model, Liaison Group has acquired Infinity Health Limited, the clinical task management and pathway automation specialists.

The transaction was completed on 31 January 2024 for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction includes software IPR, ongoing NHS client contracts, and specialist staff.

About Infinity Health

Infinity Health Limited has pioneered clinical task management into the NHS. Healthcare professionals use Infinity to manage their workload, and coordinate care in and across multidisciplinary teams. Infinity gives healthcare teams time back every day to make patient care safer and more efficient, as well as increasing productivity saving both time and money.

Recently, the Infinity platform has produced positive results for the benefit of NHS Trusts; including a 13% patient initiated follow up (PIFU) rate, saving over 50,000 appointments, as well as in other use cases saving junior doctors 91 minutes per shift overnight and increasing their capacity by 55%

It annually coordinates hundreds of thousands of patient cases and over two million tasks for the NHS, digitising the tasks in areas such as hospital at home, virtual wards, outpatient pathways, PIFU and hospitals at night.

It has become the digitised glue and lubricant to make working life in the NHS slicker and easier to manage.

Elliott Engers, CEO of Infinity Health Limited says:

“We are delighted to be part of Liaison Group. With the size of Liaison Group and their ability to offer shared benefit models to the NHS, we will be able to accelerate adoption of our solutions and transform NHS workforce from a productivity and care coordination perspective.

“Solutions like Infinity can join up care pathways across multiple organisations and systems, are easy to use and loved by clinicians, and will be essential in keeping up with the ever-increasing needs of the health economy.

“We are looking forward to exciting growth under their ‘best companies’ umbrella.”
