In last week’s webinar, Norfolk and Norwich University Healthcare NHS Trust (NNUH) shared how they have rolled out a digital patient initiated follow-up (PIFU) pathway to help them manage their outpatient waiting lists efficiently and safely. They are working with Infinity Health to support the clinical teams to review appropriate patients remotely, and DrDoctor to enable patients to book their appointments digitally.

According to the latest NNUH data, over 42,000 patients have now been onboarded across 160 pathways, saving over 38,000 outpatient appointments.
