Infinity Health recognised by the AHSN Network for high-impact on the NHS

“Porters are visibly happier and happy porters make everyone happier! Nurses like knowing the status of their jobs. Escalating a request is so easy now and it’s preventing breaches. The app is brilliant!”

The AHSN Network has recognised Infinity’s work on portering at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) as an excellent example of innovation making a significant difference to the NHS. The AHSN Network’s Atlas of Solutions is an online resource sharing the very best examples of  AHSN-connected companies spreading high-impact innovation across the health and care system. It shared the project case study on its website this week.

The LNWH project used Infinity’s digital task management platform to save 10,000 hours of staff time in the first year, and improved patient flow in the Emergency Department by making the coordination of portering tasks easier and more efficient.

Infinity Health was part of the AHSNs’ DigitalHealth.London Accelerator in 2017-18, and received support around evidence building, health economics, and NHS engagement.

“We have been delighted to see Infinity Health develop over its time with us, and improve its offering via a high level of engagement with the Accelerator. Infinity’s adaptability to NHS organisations’ needs has meant that it has helped smooth the process of transferring patients across the hospital and save time for busy Emergency Department staff, who can then spend more time on care.”
