Free event: how to be ambitious with outpatients transformation

As part of NHS England’s “Super September” outpatients transformation initiative, Infinity Health is partnering with Liaison Group to host a free event discussing the "most ambitious" outpatients project in the NHS, now live at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).

Working in partnership with a patient communications platform provider, Infinity has taken outpatients transformation at NNUH beyond the basics to a more advanced model in a project aiming to move up to 50% of outpatient follow-up list onto PIFU pathways.
